Terms of Service

Welcome to AGL Forwarding! Before we send you those all-important shipment updates via SMS, we need to cover a few important details. These are our Terms of Service, written so clearly that even RingCentral’s overly complicated rules can’t mess them up. (Yes, we’re looking at you.)

By opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to your shipments. These messages will keep you in the loop with tracking updates, order confirmations, and any other shipping-related info that you actually want. Please note, we are only messaging existing clients or customers who have voluntarily chosen to receive updates. No unsolicited texts here – RingCentral says we can’t do that either (they’re big on compliance, we guess).

As a compliance measure (thanks, RingCentral!), we must tell you that message frequency may vary. We’ll send updates based on your shipments, which could happen more frequently than the customer service department at RingCentral, but we promise, no one’s calling you – only texting.

Message and data rates may apply. Of course, we’re not covering those charges – RingCentral probably doesn’t either, but they still make us say it. If you decide you’re tired of receiving our timely updates, just text STOP to opt-out at any time. And don’t worry, you won’t hear from us again (we promise, no follow-up calls – RingCentral would have a meltdown over that).

If you ever need help, reply HELP or contact us at 206.418.6713. If you’re having trouble with anything else, well, you might be stuck with RingCentral’s 24-hour wait times, but we’re here to help ASAP.
